The property provides ample parking at each building in the campus with an average parking ratio of 3.4 spaces per 1,000 square feet.  Fee-paid, covered parking and free surface parking.

TriMet provide service from Lake Oswego to Portland and express buses at rush hour.

An excursion trolley offering service from Lake Oswego to Johns Landing, just south of downtown Portland.

The health club is a 5,700 square foot full-service fitness facility offering state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment, fitness classes, personal training, massage therapy, steam rooms, and elegantly appointed locker rooms with towel service. Membership is required.
